I recently went through the recruitment process for the SAP Academy. During the bootcamp phase, I felt I performed exceptionally well. However, I wasn’t selected, and I later found out that one of the candidates who was hired didn’t seem to perform well at all. In fact, she even admitted to me that she felt I was more deserving of the role.
