I resigned from my current organisation last week via sending email to my manager. Did not put anything on system..this week I revoke my resignation by sending email to him.They retain me by giving wfh option . But the problem is I got another good offer from an org.which I really want to join..

Can I resign again in this very short period of time..? Will they accept..? Will it affect anything on BGV/BGC..? Will they hold my experience or releaving letter at the time of exit..?

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

I also have a bunch of men starting at me all day on too of the noise triggering my migraines. What can I do?

Any other first year associates feel like their firms don’t really appreciate how much COVID/WFH has stunted their development? I’ve been working at a biglaw firm for 5 months and don’t feel at all like a part of the team, and am extremely stressed out by the isolation of WFH most days.
