[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

I was let go while on FMLA lol so there are really no guarantees either way. Take your time off and if you decide it’s not best for you don’t go back
Follow your instincts. I was let go while on vacation and my PM saying what great work I did my last day in the office
Out on FMLA now. Not planning on going back. Only reason I stay on payroll is because my health issues already met the deductible for the insurance so I'm getting my money's worth. I have enough savings, and disability to use. In addition to my critical care illness policy. I have income to keep me afloat.
