The type where you are the billing attorney for a huge insurance company like Travelers. In all seriousness, I think commercial matters tend to bill higher than GL and pip matters (think breach of contract, HOA, and condo matters vs slip and falls etc). It also depends on location. I was in Florida being billed at an average of 180/hr. In GA, I would have been billed at an average of 120/hr for the same work.

Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.
Understanding things have changed there in the last few months, I need un-biased advice from fellow fish who have recently joined or can speak to recent changes

Friendly reminder folks- don’t work for Havas Health and You. They cut the freelancers hourly rates, again and made it so there’s no OT. The resource manager at HOV said if I couldn’t swing $80 an hour as an HCP copywriter, she’d have to find someone else. Good luck 👍🏻
