Need some advice here. Senior 2, decent performance but I feel like I’m not progressing to the level that other seniors the same level as me are and pretty sure I’m ready to transition out of public.

PwC just announced there will be 5 required staff levels before promotion to partner across all line of services. Associate, Senior, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Partner. Thoughts?

I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? PhD in Chemistry w/ 8 YOE. Now pursuing a part-time MBA while working as an R&D manager is a chemical company. I don't enjoy chemistry research anymore and want to try something else. I'm interested in consulting and think it could open doors for me to do something different after a few years. BIA Briefs: I’m an associate at an immigration law firm. I determined that immigration isn’t for me So I gave the managing partner my 2 weeks. He wants me to wrap up some BIA briefs before I leave however I’m reviewing the record for a lot these and I’m seeing that a lot of the arguments for Asylum, Withhold, and CAT are incomplete. My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

Considering obtaining a CFE certification. Can anyone share their experience vs experience obtaining CPA? I’m already a CPA. I just want a comparison of study time requirement and difficulty of exam.

What industries is the CFE certification used for? How does it compare to CPA in the length of the material and difficulty? Do most firms pay for It?
