What US law firms tend to hire more LLMs?
PwC A recruiter from PWC reached out to me to ask if I’d consider a different office the one I applied to, since it’s full. It would be Boston, Hartford, Chicago, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Denver, San Francisco or San Jose. MSA candidate. Is there a fully remote option? Do you have to be in the office all the time? Is the compensation high at PWC? Is there a possible moving expenses? Any insight or advice would help me make a decision. Thank you!

I try to work smarter and delegate work to others first. If I have 100 questions I’d batch them up and ask various SMEs over email then track Q&A via excel to follow up. Time is money. And it’s a smart political move to leverage off of other people’s time.
And way I’d ask is something like “hi (name), I’m involved in a high visible initiative for (insert director name) and I’ve been informed by (SME’s friend’s name) that you’d be able to help me. Would you happen to know the answer to these questions?” Usually the responses are pretty quick.
That varies depending on the issue and also my mood. I tend to get stubborn at times and I want to solve things on my own. And there are times when I think it's beneficial to work through a problem on my own. If it's something where I don't see any benefit to struggling with it, and I think a coworker would have a ready answer, then I'll ask.
Makes sense!
You’ll learn to ask for help immediately. Asking a question once never gets you in trouble.
Asking the same question repeatedly is what gets you in trouble. It shows an inability to retain information, which is critical in any professional setting.
Good point. I always ask questions now

Normally I will try to figure out solutions by my ownself, if I think it is really tedious and wasting alot of afford to get something done, I will ask my colleague if they are having same thoughts as mine
Yeah. I do this too. I don’t mind asking for help

Most of the time I will try to research a problem by myself first because you can often find an easy fix that way, but I won't tear my hair out over it before asking someone else, as long as you're not constantly asking people
True. You definitely have to be mindful of when and what to ask about
Short answer, yes and yes.
Thank you!
Either could work for or against you. You’re expected to be resourceful and at least make an attempt to find the solution, but time is also money and you could get dinged for “spinning your wheels“ too long. I usually preference the ask with letting them know I made an attempt to figure it out. It’s also about knowing the culture of your team.
