I started a job three days ago and was let go. The feedback given to my recruiter was that 1) I didn’t do something to the managers satisfaction 2) I said I won’t be in the office until the next day because something came up.

What are some good things to include? Obviously quota attainment, but maybe total pipeline built…? Mentoring teammates? What stands out in a sales resume?

Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Is it better to use the “apply through LinkedIn” function on company recruiting websites, or to upload your own resume? I sort of like how much info my LinkedIn offers, but my resume is nice and neatly designed and more concise. Thoughts?

I completed my interview loop at Google on August 12, 2022. My recruiter informed me on August 29th that due to a couple of realignments within the org, the hiring manager has not shared any feedback. I was informed on September 8th that the hiring committee is scheduled the next day (September 9th) and that I can expect a final feedback latest by September 12th.
