I still cannot see my rating

I feel like I’ve been pretty negative lately. My team morale has been low and I feel like that negativity is seeping in and all I do is complain lately. I love my agency and want to love my job.

Curious: are there more lowball offers during the pandemic season or is compensation levels relatively stable?

This is in regards with my resignation. I have resigned on 22nd March (LWD : 22 June ) on medical grounds. Since then, my hr has asked for my prescriptions and medical certificates to give me an early release.

But yesterday, She is stating that my lwd is revised to 18th April with a clause that since my release is on medical grounds I can't join any other orgs before 22june. If joined, there will be problem in background verification.

The lastest offer I have is of 19.5 from Capgemini.

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?
