I swear my pipeline is finally waking up after the holidays, but it’s the weirdest mix of “urgent” and “we’ll circle back.” Half my prospects suddenly want meetings this week, and the other half vanished into budget planning. I’m trying to prioritize without letting the loudest deal win. How are you deciding what deserves your first real push of the year?

I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

2 months later and I am still waiting...
