Forcing me to use my standing desk

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Use the PAST Test, thepasttest.com. Read/watch everything you can by David Kilpatrick. Make sure your students have automatic phonemic awareness skills to the advanced levels...we miss this and kids learn to compensate and struggle, but seem ‘lazy’ because you can tell they are smart.
DRA level, mostly. Sometimes PARCC, STAR or MAL scores. past performance seems to be a big thing because by 3/4, the kids are well known. Sadly, ESL kids & kids with an IEP (but are still mainstreamed, for reading at least) can’t go to support no matter how low their DRA is because it’s considered a “gen ed” accommodation.

IEP’s and NWEA Map scores.
DRA, Oral Fluency Assessment, STAR, and our district uses iReady, so this score is easy to pull up and look at too. I am a Title 1 teacher and support any students that are one year or more behind.
We used to use Founras and Pinnell, but now people are iReady obsessed. 🙄🙄
We use district and Nwea Map. Teachers Also have to document their concerns and collect six data points on the area of concern. Then and only then, may they bring their concerns to the IAT team to determine steps moving forward and intervention. All students must be below the 25th percentile for services.
