I took a job as a security guard. Completed necessary courses. Purchased the uniforms. Was told to sit on ass and ignore all that I learned. Don't speak just sit there in silence. Security is not about doing nothing after 9/11. Followed the handbook for New York State. Was terminated because of doing so? I ask you, anyone, is that fair ??
