I unfortunately was part of 2 layoffs in under a year and since then have found myself struggling. I took 2 months off from my last layoff to recover from the burnout and have been seriously applying the past month, but have been receiving little to no traction. I'm starting to wonder if the last 10 years of my career were a waste as I'm trying to pivot out of my current industry, while trying to not feel like I'm failing whole others around me are getting hired.

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

What was your final round interview like? Have two coming up with two MD’s at the same firm and trying to be easy breezy about it.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
