I was in a servive based company with close to 5 years experince and ctc as 12 lpa fixed. Then i swtiched to product based with fixed 17 and whole package as 20.

I have had 2 hike till now and i have got promotion too this past year.

Currently im close to 8 exp and i have got ctc fixed as 21.8 and whole package as 25.

Did i under negotitate while switching to product bases?

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
