I was let go from my last role about 5 months ago and have been trying to find a job ever since. I was with the company for 4 years, including being promoted to associate director, project management.
It’s getting really depressing that I still haven’t landed anything new after applying to hundreds of opportunities.

I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations.
