I was moved into a project on September 15, in that month I went 17 days office and maintaining 12 days / month for the rest of the months till now. But on September month till 14th I was in non billable. Will that affect the Q1 promotion? I have completed all the check list, utilisation, learning goals and ratings. Only I am having doubt in that september month case. Can anyone give me a solution? Thanks
