Yea I'm not sure. I'm a lateral hire came am a senior consultant at my current firm
You’d be considered a C with experience. What’s your offer?
It just means you aren’t a college or mba hire. Could mean you are in your promotion year at time of hire as well.
I joined as an experience consultant hire. The experienced just means you came in from outside rather than as a fresh college hire BTA. You will be year 1 consultant. I started at 102500 myself, so even if though you are year 1, your salary can more closely match your experience level.
Interesting. Do they treat you like a year 1 consultant with all the college hires? By the way this is for. Deloitte advisory in the cyber practice
No, it’s with the other experienced hires. If you’re coming from consulting some of the training will seem remedial as your hiring class will range from all types of backgrounds. Anyone from 20 years industry experience to 3 year SC from another big 4.
Onboarding experienced hires needs a little work tbh. For reference, I came in at 105k as experienced C.
I see that's good to know.
I was wondering if I was going to be hanging out with college grads at on boarding.. Haha
So you putting experienced consultant on LinkedIn or just consultant?
Are you one of the people under 30 years old that refers to the recent college grads as "kids"?
