For those with client-side experience, any tips on showcasing transferable skills or roles/titles I should focus on?

I’m 3 months into a new job where I work for a global tech company, and I want to ask for a pay review from my manager at the 6 month mark when I pass probation.
I know I’m going above and beyond my responsibilities as I’m not just managing projects, but I’ve also set up a global PMO governance board and have identified gaps within other teams where I’m assisting with the solution.

Is it acceptable for me to be asking this from my manager, and if so how do I raise this?

Does anyone have suggestions for what a salary should be for a Digital Marketing Analyst | Paid Social & Performance Media? I have 1 year of experience, the job asks for 0-1 year of experience. I feel I over meet the qualifications in some areas and just meet them in others. The recruiter said 50k is the salary the company is offer. I know I can negotiate. I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask. How far into implementation and execution do you get as a strategist (and what's your specialty). I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done. Does brand strategy ever go on shoots or vendor/production meeting and are they responsible for it? Just had an unclear moment where it seemed like I was expected to vet production partners and I didn't realize I should've .

Does anyone have a good lead on where to find research backed customer journeys? Either generic for an industry (like restaurant) or for major players in an industry (like chili's). I am fairly new to planning, and this keeps coming up as something and that would be helpful.

Hello, I could use some advice regarding my compensation. I have 1year and 9 months of experience in social media as I worked with a multinational agency in the middle east. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing and will be graduating in 2023. I am doing a summer internship in marketing in a startup in Montreal.
