I was recently laid off. I have 20+ yrs experience in digital marketing, working at everything from startups to large corporations.
I’ve been auto-rejected twice by screening programs while applying, because I don’t have a Bachelor’s degree. Even though I have an excellent skill set match to these roles, a human never even gets the chance to read my resume. This is frustrating!
How can I and others like me who don’t have the paper but have great experience get past the robot gate?

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.

I am on notice period and I am 100% sure that project won't be completed before my LWD.

What should I do, I asked him to put some extra team members but he didn't agree, seems like he will add extra team members 2-3 weeks before my LWD.

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

I’m job searching right now and applied for a job I was a little overqualified for just to shoot my shot and get my foot in the door with a great brand. The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity. Even if an offer doesn’t come from it, is it weird if I send him a Starbucks gift card or something as a thank you? What’s appropriate?

I’m interviewing for a start up and the role sounds interesting. Usually for the “test” part of the interview I’ve had to analyze data. This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.
