I was recently let go from my job as an Administrative Legal Assistant. I was told the company was going in another direction. Even though I am relieved because I wasn’t being given much work (I still needed my job). I drove an hour one way almost every day just to sit in my office bored half to death. The work duties I had been given when I was hired were taken away so I saw it coming.

I have a paralegal degree and an art degree and have over 20 years in the legal world.

Hi Fishes. I have requested the hr to revise my Offer letter since the ctc offered was well below what was discussed . Someone from the Talent Team did confirm they are discussing it . Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit. I just found out a new colleague was brought on at 20% higher salary than my current salary. (Have been w/ firm 1.5 years) She doesn’t have a 4-year degree (working on it).
