I was recently told that my job in influencer marketing was and will become worthless by a higher up in my company. References of the industry being too saturated, not performing well for many brands, and the use of AI are the reason of it going down. Do you all think that’s true?

Going from 20yr 3.25% fixed to 15 year fixed mortgage rate of 2.125%, non pints. Is this rate good enough in NYC?

I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?

Hi community, humbly seeking professional HR advice. I recently joined my company’s HR team. In an informal conversation, a senior HRBP, considered a peer, called 2 of our fellow HR colleagues “worthless.” I should have rebuked her then & there but was so caught off guard.
