I was selected for HCL after successfully clearing multiple rounds. I submitted all required documents on **iOnboard hcl portal **as instructed and after HR discussion, HR told that offer letter would be released by Friday EOD (Jul 18 2025). I waited till Jul 22nd and give a call to HR. she said position is now on hold without any clear timeline or prior indication.
I have invested significant time and effort in the entire selection process.

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co. Haven't yet talked to Deloitte about counter offer, curious how much will they counter this with.

My pf account is created for that company and it has been closed with reason cessation (short service). After that I worked in 1 company for 6 years and since January I'm working in TCS.
