I was selected for Ltim. I was asked to go through the BGV process. The BGV team sent me a mail stating that, if any employer they found is not present in my resume than it could result as a bgv failure. I had experience with Non tech one and i have not added it in my resume. What to do?

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

We re-negotiate at 6 Sept (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?
