I have found the "who's looked at your profile" data to be a bit misleading sometimes. If they're really interested, they'll reach out. But I wouldn't read too much into this. Unfortunately it probably doesn't mean much.
Well, they’re definitely checking you out, but it could mean a few different things. Maybe they’re just revisiting your profile to double-check your skills or compare you to someone else in the mix. It could also be genuine curiosity if something shifted on their end. And yeah, there’s always a chance they’re quietly reconsidering you. Either way, it’s a good sign you left an impression, even if it’s not a guarantee.
You can never really know what to make of something like that. But if they were looking at your profile that's a good sign. Whether it leads to anything is another question. But being noticed is always better than the alternative.
I’ve viewed past candidates when I’ve had second thoughts about our decision or when new roles were about to open. It doesn’t always mean immediate action, but it’s a good sign they remember you.
I feel like this is the equivalent of “they ghosted me but keep looking at my insta stories”. Just like in the dating world, I wouldn’t read too much into it. If they wanted to, they would and you would’ve heard from them by now.
