Hi everyone, I am 4.9 years experienced , I joined Fractal 3 months ago as a data engineer, but still haven't got any project. Process is so slow that I have received only 4 to 5 project calls. I switched in hopes that will learn the new tech and tools. But now i am starting to forget even the one i knew. Should i go for change or wait a little more time as fractal is reputed in AI/ML? I have interview lined up with Impetus as for now. Would it be better choice?

Normally, 20 minutes at most. Though the job market being the way it is, I'm a little more desperate and would have waited at least half an hour. I don't blame you for viewing it as a red flag. I would, too (even though I'd take it anyway).
I would have given them 15 minutes tops. I would be walking out and driving off. I don’t let anyone waste my time.
That whole thing seems pretty sketchy, to be honest. I guess if I really needed a job I would put up with that, but I would be assessing their level of professionalism and scoring it pretty low. As for accepting an offer there, again, it would depend on how badly I needed the job.
I don’t think there’s a hard rule, but personally, if someone is 10–15 minutes late without any heads-up, it tells me a lot about how they operate. I’d take that as a red flag.

I think 20 mins is good. But your experience makes it seem very suspicious. I would avoid that place tbh
