I went through 4 rounds of interviews for the recruiter to apologize for leadership wanting to wait until next year for the role. Yall ain’t know that before wasting my time?!

Any idea how to prepare for the interview of Data Analyst role in Infosys?
Is theoretical knowledge enough?

On interview days, do you take adderall / concerta? I’m nervous that it can make me seem more robotic / less personable during cases etc.

Know it’s a long shot but any McKinsey or MBB folks willing to case practice with me?
Specifically the quantitative part…did not do very well in my recent coaching session on the quant question.

In desperate need of referrals/recommendations for a reverse recruiter or headhunters that work for job seekers rather than employers. I’ve been job searching and interviewing for 2 years now and I can’t take it anymore! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, the most it’s taken in the past was 5 months to get a job. I’ve spent money on resume services and a career coach so I’ve also invested money that’s landed me nowhere. I can’t think of anything else to try 😔

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

How much time L&T Technologies Services takes to roll out offer after HR Discussions ?

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.
