I work as a supply chain consultant at big D, how would I best go about exiting into corporate strategy?

Contacted by a PwC recruiter for SM role but the job title says Salesforce Solution Architect. Can someone from PwC UK confirm if this leading towards a technical/specialist track? (Cont.)

4PQE. UK. Have been offered a job at another firm but they've only agreed to match my salary. I went back asking for more and have been sternly told that's not possible as I'm already being offered more than what their bandings allow.

The new firm seems like it would be better for the sector I'm specialising in but anyone else I hear that moves tends to get a considerable payrise! I feel reluctant to move if I'm not getting a big pay jump... Is moving for the same pay a done thing?

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

Is Account executive the goal once you become a BDR? What are the other paths that other people have taken?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. Those that have exited to tech- do you love your job? I am trying to leave consulting but think part of my problem in interviews is I come across as Jack of all trades, master of none. Have a 2 hour LBO model test for small size PE shop. How complex are these typically? Similar to a paper LBO given the 2 hour time frame or more of a full 3 statement model?

What would be examples of cushy industry jobs with good wlb with 200-300k pay check in finance industry? My work is mostly FS so it seems to make sense that I exit in that direction, but I keep hearing that finance in general is less chill than normal corporate sector jobs. Or is that just for IB/PE/HF?

Feeling down. I've interviewed for probably 12 positions (mostly Senior Manager level), and always getting rejected. Is this normal? I do try and ask for feedback, and sometimes they give saying that there just isn't the right fit for your skillset at this time. If so, then why did you interview me? #frustrated
