Current pay at Intel- G6
Base + yearly bonus- 25.3L
NVIDIA offer-
Base- 27L (they don't have yearly bonus concept)
Joining bonus- 4L
RSU- 80k USD
Please suggest, is this a good offer?
How much can I expect base and RSU from NVIDIA?

My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Hi fishes! The hiring manager has asked me for salary expectations of B6 Data Analyst and my experience is 3.5 yrs with a CTC of 6.65. Considering I have to move to Bangalore l'm thinking of asking 13 or 14.. is it a big ask? If so, what do you think is a good ask? Please help. Thanks in advance :)

I would say if the yoe in your resume is clearly written and you have received the interview call, then just appear for the interview since your resume has been shortlisted by the HR.
And give your best in the interview bcoz 5-6 months here or there doesnt matter much.

It may or may not. But bcoz of this dilemma would you want to let go a potential opportunity?
See if the interview goes very good and the recruiter wants you they have many options they can also create a new job posting and ask you to apply for it.
Just ask yourself is there anything to loose if you give the interview? If you are not appearing for the interview then anyways you are going to loose the opportunity.
