I work at a human services nonprofit and we realize burnout is a big factor in employees leaving their jobs. If your company had "extended" benefits, would adding those to the posting be beneficial?

My work doesn’t require us to be licensed in a particular state (i am licensed in my home country) - International Arbitration. What are the obvious benefits of getting licensed in New York?

My company uses ADP for retirement. It has a contribution allocation for just 401k and roth 401k. If I wanted to contribute to a traditional IRA does it need to be through ADP and if so how is that done?
