I work for a large hospital that does not give yearly raises, they do an annual evaluation though. You also get a bonus at the end of the year if you don't have points. They only give raises every 3 to 4 years. You not only are responsible for your job but other duties as needed. I am currently doing two people's jobs and I drive for over 45 min to get there. I have asked for a raise and was to no. Its my dream job but with the current prices of gas im not sure its Worth sticking around for.

Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)

Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .
