I work in an open-plan office where the hustle culture is so intense that people feel guilty for taking a full 30-minute lunch. If you aren't eating a sad salad at your desk while typing, you’re looked at like you’re a slacker. I tried to take a walk outside just to breathe some fresh air, and my lead asked me if I was feeling okay when I got back. How do you deal with an office environment that treats basic self-care like a performance issue?
