I worked at Accenture and while interviewing for other companies they always mention “big 4” like if I worked for big 4. I thought Accenture was as better?! What is going on here? Trying to give me only 140-150 for a manager position when Accenture starts higher than that.

I'm up for a pharma agency senior CW role in the Rx/HCP vertical. I have been freelancing for 11 years, so mostly contract rates between $50 and $80 p/h (lower end on W2, higher 1099). I’m in interviews with a few companies. It was initially to see what was out there to negotiate my pay. Now, I’m seriously considering leaving my current company because of what one of the prospect companies represent: everything I want in a company/role.
