Iam a Senior Strategist & Team Lead in my company and my current CTC is 7.5 LPA in Mumbai, I know it is less according to my designation. Now, as Iam planning to change my job, I am thinking to keep my expected CTC in between 15 to 20 LPA.

I recently joined a new company in Feb 2022, with in hand a Salary of INR 35000/month.

My boss thinks I waste my time researching the client's business and ways to grow it all day and I don't do much work. I ran campaigns on Facebook ads manager, Google ads, and keyword research for blogs & e-commerce, Analyze campaigns & optimize them regularly.

Still, my boss is not convinced that I am working worth 35000.
