Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

Just say “it would take a base salary of $XY-$XY for me to consider / make the move”. That’s usually enough and recruiters have never tried asking for current base again.
I never share my salary. It doesn’t matter, offer me a competitive market rate. That strategy will lose you some job offers, but I view it as worth it because they wanted to underpay me anyways.
I tell them before I interview, although I’m paid more than recruiters expect, so I don’t want to waste my time.
1) Check if your state has regulations that don’t allow employers to ask about current salary. 2) If you’re comfortable doing so, say something along the lines of “My current salary is within the range of the typical compensation for my role” then I would state that you expect that to be the same for the role that you are interviewing for
Years ago I was asked during the interview process for my W-2s (at a non-consulting firm) and I said I don’t feel comfortable giving those but what I can tell you is about my success stories. I ended up getting a 30% bump in salary and a very large signing bonus That I didn’t even ask for. Very glad in retrospect that I skirted the subject of then current pay..
Well I guess my question is more geared towards underpaid people wanting to get a nice bump. I've been told that they couldn't offer any more money bc it's too big of a jump from current job, which is complete bs
I think many employers shy away from it now. Some states prevent it, so companies with Nationwide presence tend to avoid it.
I would also skirt from giving away current salary and say that you want 5k more than Glassdoor average for the position.
I’ve always been told to not be the first one to give them a number. Have them be the first one to offer you a potential salary by responding “I would hope my future salary would be based on my experience and the value I can bring to the firm and thus, be offered a fair but competitive compensation salary”.
When pushed I will talk salary expectations but do not share my salary history. Haven't run into any issues with this approach

I tell them up front what my expected salary is, not what I make. Most employers in my geography are scared by what I made at Deloitte. I've even offered to take less for the right fit, considering that I'd work more local and much less travel. Still, locals balked at my range because it was so high compared to the local market in KC.
Been a couple years since I've been in the interview process, so hopefully things have changed. I'll check into state regulations.

As if Nov 2017, employers in NYC are prohibited from asking applicants their salary history.
