Idk if this post is going to make people mad but I left my consulting position in April and started a new internal position (for higher pay) this week and I can’t even begin to describe how much better being internal is like holy cow. I actually feel like I can be productive and contribute without worrying about if I am taking too long on a task and ruining the budget. Also, just the absolute hungriest and desperation in consulting is so exhausting. If consulting is not 4 u, it’s OKAY❤️

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
