Anyone at MBB looking to make a referral?
Ahhhh law school

Can someone kindly connect me with Investment Banking HR/Recruiter/anyone willing to help? My friend interviewed for Goldman Sachs NY. Cleared the HireVue but didn’t get any communication further. It’s been 4 weeks now. Although the referral came from a VO but the division is different. My friend is looking for Investment Banking division. Need to get in touch with someone from investment banking to push the resume. The rolling process is hurting the chances.Thank you Goldman Sachs

Yes, we’ve had multiple part timers interview and do summers at BCG.
Yes, depends on school though and lately a lot of firms are going through internship for hiring reducing direct hires. In most pt programs, you don't have the opportunity to do internships
Can you clarify? You say yes and no in the same response
Varies program to program. Some have the same recruitment opportunities for PT and FT, some make them separate.
The on campus recruiting job postings will be on an internal site, and you may or may not have access to them.
Also, any external job postings are re-posted every year so at this point in the year they won’t be up yet.
OP when you say 'summer roles' are you referring to summer MBA internships? I'm currently in a PT MBA program at SCU and I have met a few classmates in my cohort who were able to land PM internship roles at FAANG.
It's not "easy" but definitely possible as most MBA internship opportunities I've seen don't really discriminate if you are a PT student.

Depends on which school you go, but a lot of them don’t allow you to attend summer events, and be part of the formal recruiting process outside of whatever is posted on the job board. In general, most part time students have a pretty rough time getting internships.
If you are paying for the entire thing out of pocket, I’d strongly recommend FT over PT, the network, connections and opportunities are different.
