If I toss some money in a CRE project and get a GP + equity interest (and offer to talk with outside counsel about any of the issues that arise) will that violate anything with my firm? I could put everything in my wife's name if needed but would prefer to avoid that.

You’ll have to check your firm’s policies. Putting things in your wife’s name is unlikely to be helpful as many policies pick up spouses and domestic partners to avoid people skirting the rules in exactly that manner.

How about you check your firm’s policies and talk to its general counsel lol

This depends on your firm’s policies but you can definitely get clearance. Many attorneys own real estate and other business interests - that is not uncommon at all. You just have to disclose to your firm for conflicts purposes and give them a heads up in compliance with whatever your policy is. This really shouldn’t be a big deal or an issue.

Do it! Lol

An example might include launching a new product from conception through form writing, rating, filing, programming, training, and implementation, or the transfer of products from an acquisitions writing company to ours.

In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

I like to apply for Product Manager roles at Amazon since I like the role. I have done front office CRM (SAP) implementations for Fortune50 clients through Accenture.
It is more of sitting with users to understand their process and map it to CRM suite and build additional features to map their specific processes.
I have also worked on sales, BD and functional spec creation for new features.
Can I count these as Product Management experience while applying for Amazon or other Faangmula?

When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options?
