Depends did you send it off with the spelling errors, did they send it to you to proof? If you sent if off correctly and proof read it and there were no errors then yes. But if it's on you then no.
I agree with M1. If they were the ones at fault, then you are justified to refute delivery. It is a completely different matter if the label you sent was spelled incorrectly.
Well, it really depends. You can legally refuse delivery if it was not your fault.
You need to know first who's at fault. If the labels had problems before they reach the other company, then you cannot refuse.

I agree with the other comments. You cannot just refuse. You will breach your contract if you do that.
I'm sure you still have a record or receipt of what you've sent. Check the record first. You can also send it to the other party.
