If I were to start job searching with a recruiter, should I tell them the honest reason why I’m searching? I never want to speak poorly about a current/previous employer. In this situation, we’ve been acquired by a company that has made my job much harder than it was. I’m losing confidence in myself & my work product. My fear is if I go elsewhere, this company will end up acquiring them too. I know it can’t be 100% predicted, but don’t want to be in the same boat again soon!

What do you guys think about this? I would be able to predict based on your firm(mbb, big4), your experience, which role you are likely to move (Faang pm, strategy manager, move to mbb). I have all the data to do this, but wanted your thoughts. Would the output of this be relevant to you?

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I was interested to go CA but scared in terms of job security, economic slowdown and a big change. Is it worth going to CA on contract basis job declining the full time opportunity in India.
