If I’ll be attending an MBA program starting this fall and have a decent chunk of savings to pay tuition, is it worth opening a 529 at this point? I would be investing in treasuries or similar so the yield is fairly low and obviously so is the timeline for withdrawal, but it’s at least some tax free growth but can’t decide if it’s worth the hassle. MA based so the state tax deduction is pretty minimal

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.

Does an MBA (US) make sense for me? Male, Indian, Age 32, Married working in tech consulting with 10 YOE. Base is $165 with steady increases and bonus is typically 15%. I eventually do want to cross the $300K threshold but I know stopping work for 2 years and getting and MBA probably won’t get me a $300K job right away. Becoming a manger in my current company/path will probably get me there in terms of TC. Also considering EMBA from a good school (Wharton Global, Duke, Kellogg, Booth).
