If I’m traveling internationally on Delta, paid for an economy ticket but was upgraded to first, do I get complimentary Sky Club access?

I am short 1140 PQP short to maintain my United status. I have a Turkish airline flight booked, would this be enough to gain the needed PQP? Not sure how to check / calculate. Thanks!
