You’d need to specify which state this occurred in.
Happened in nj but i cant imagine all states being completely different.
My google searches can only take me so far, so maybe someone has dealt with the issue is any state and knows a little to either flat out answer the question or their info from a different state can give me a more precise research inquiry.
I would say if it happened while performing your job you can submit a claim for workers comp. You can also have another claim against Walmart, which your workers comp settlement will likely be brought in that you have received payment. If you get a bigger payout from Walmart, the settlement will need to pay the workers comp lien.
