If there is approval for mgmt, is it ok to leave a Director level account open past termination date? Client is arguing, the replacement has not been given bank access (business critical) yet and will take some time. They will give the replacement access ti the password and multi factor authentication to the old user’s account. Initial thoughts are this is not ok (sharing accounts/passwords; termination issues), but if it’s business critical, is this a viable solution?

I heard it's 30 days in most of the cases and after completion of probation it's 90 days?
Can you please advise? Are there any special cases where it is 90 days during probation?

Which practice group (m&a, capital markets, or funds) would be best for someone who genuinely doesn’t care about this job/law but wants to stay in biglaw (NYC) as long as possible? Some folks say m&a is more “intellectually stimulating” and I wonder, for that reason, perhaps capital markets might suit me?
