If you are really excited about a job and know you’re qualified but you applied through the website and have no connections, who is it ok to cold message on linked in aside from the recruiter themselves if you can’t find the hiring manager? Designers, Brand managers? Who will maybe actually respond?

At a different job I had a customer trying to swindle me in telling me that there was a deal in an item that never had a deal or promotion for sale so he made me scan the item 20 times before believing me. Obviously, he finally let it go but I scan it with an inventory scanner that showed me all of the sale price promotions if there were any

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
