What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

Tech feels like they get more budgets, so they get the relative freedom to experiment a bit more. Yes, there is some incredibly uninteresting and bland work, but I’ve also seen more risk-taking and creative bells and whistles than in other industries, on occasion.
Rising Star
You know, now that I think of it I’d agree. I’d call a lot of tech marketing to be very sterile at best.
Id 1000% pick sports. Football and women’s basketball has had a huge increase in viewership in the past 3 years.
Rising Star
That’s a good one. I do feel that sports tends to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to marketing.
I would turn it down. My take on the situation from your description indicates that you are being paid appropriately for your experience and job responsibilities. Frankly, I believe most workers are in that same situation -- or should be. Companies should be paying about the same salary for the same job. Don't be ticked off because they didn't give you a salary closer to the top of their range. Remember, a salary range is just that. It starts at entry-level and ends around 25 YoE. Blessed with 20/20 hindsight, you probably should have addressed that issue earlier in the process.
Sports seems to have the best pulse on the world’s issues, tech has the best budgets.
Big food CPG/restaurants also seem to do great work. Again, big budgets and really tapping into their fan base/superfans.
On the flip side, I think travel and auto have gotten so dull. Everyone just says the same thing even if they have big budgets.
