If you interviewed for a nursing position and the employer offered you the job immediately during the interview, would that make you feel skeptical?

After my interview, I decided to read reviews about the company, and many former employees described having very negative experiences and advised others to steer clear of working there. What would you do? Red flags?

It depends how strong you are.
All jobs will have negative attributes
The most important is how much money they are paying and health insurance-Once hired, you can still look for another job and will have income coming in
This is what I am currently doing-offerred position-not really what i want but need health insurance and income as unemployment is capped here in Texas.

I do my best to read reviews, both very good and very bad, with a grain of salt. But an immediate offer is a bit of a red flag. I would wonder why they were so desperate for quick employees as it speaks to potentially high turnover.

Anytime a potential employer seems to rush things along it can be a bad sign. It's an odd situation, sometimes it seems like things take forever, and that's a problem. Yet if someone wants to hire you immediately you can't help but wonder if there's something odd going on at their workplace that they need someone immediately. It's good to read online reviews with some skepticism, but they can be credible.

I expect to be hired immediately I never take this as a red flag I have had good/ bad experiences either way.

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

AWS has prestige but is it worth it?

Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? On the weekends, same responsibilities but 7a-7p. We don't get any additional pay for being in charge and I'm sick of the added responsibility and stress of it.
