It depends how strong you are.
All jobs will have negative attributes
The most important is how much money they are paying and health insurance-Once hired, you can still look for another job and will have income coming in
This is what I am currently doing-offerred position-not really what i want but need health insurance and income as unemployment is capped here in Texas.
I do my best to read reviews, both very good and very bad, with a grain of salt. But an immediate offer is a bit of a red flag. I would wonder why they were so desperate for quick employees as it speaks to potentially high turnover.
Anytime a potential employer seems to rush things along it can be a bad sign. It's an odd situation, sometimes it seems like things take forever, and that's a problem. Yet if someone wants to hire you immediately you can't help but wonder if there's something odd going on at their workplace that they need someone immediately. It's good to read online reviews with some skepticism, but they can be credible.
I expect to be hired immediately I never take this as a red flag I have had good/ bad experiences either way.
I read the comments on turnover and overall happiness of the employees and comments about management’ I’ve worked for a horrible manager that ruined my psyche and drive!
