Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company

How bout you tell us the shop that does that anymore..?
If your contract was for a year, they make you write a check for the FULL AMOUNT, not the amount you got after taxes. That's what I had to do. Usually tho it's like 2-3 years. Also, you get paid for vacation days u didn't use so that will offset that shit.
Mine worked like this: if I get sacked or laid off, nothing, if I leave, I pay back based on how long I was there (6mo=50% and so on)
And to anyone curious, I got it bc I was moving across the country. Probably could have got more in salary if I didn’t get the signing bonus
they will usually take it out of your last paycheck. that’s the way my contract reads.
Look at the contract you signed. It’s different for every agency. (And one year sounds pretty short. Are you sure it isn’t more? Mine is 1.5.)
