If you work at a kitchen management company that utilizes a facility's kitchen as a 3rd party and have experienced discrimination while attempting to sign up for health insurance through your employer only to find out they are denying funds from a federally funded 3rd party nonprofit designed to help you afford your medically necessary treatments or your portion of premiums all because "they don't accept checks," let's talk. Their "NDA" is no longer. I can testify. It will help you find the way.

I am not in that situation myself. But I would say if you're aware of a scenario where an organization seems to be committing fraud, you should report it. The NDA wouldn't matter, an NDA can't be used to cover up illegal activity. Go to the authorities when you are and report the malfeasance.

I sent the evidence of them committing perjury to 2 government departments amongst other illegal acts. Proof that cannot be denied. Not one phone call following up and business as usual for them continues on. Trump replacing all of the inspector generals did not help in the least. Corporations have gained too much power. To even make a case of this nature, your statute of limitations to gather enough evidence from when you learn of the discrimination occurring is ONLY 90 days. 3 MONTHS and I even gave them 1 month in hopes they would do the right thing when I brought it to their attention. They just flat out wouldn't even respond to me in attempts to run out the clock. My manager had to contact a tertiary department to the HR just in order for me to get a response, which of course I have in writing.

That is interesting. The only way they can deny you would be if you didn’t sign up in time.

You'd be amazed at what a bigoted person will come up with to be a bigot. A normal person finds it difficult to fathom such possibilities as it isn't in our nature. They evidently thrive from it and there is no telling how long they've been doing this to perfect the manner in how they do it without being explicitly caught to the extent I have them. They even committed perjury twice in order to continue their routine, even signing their lies written in b&w which I still hold in my possession waiting for the day... I even handed that evidence to the DOJ and still nothing is done, though they pounce on the individual for the slightest incorrect fact you utter trying for unemployment or reporting to a government agency.

Sounds like you got a case. Get some folks together and file a class action.

This case will strick down the policy of "not accepting checks" as a way to discriminate against those with disabilities across the nation not just with this one company, but ALL companies. I just need that person however to be with the same company I had the displeasure to work for in order for this to be done.

Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens.
