If you work remotely how can you tell if your company is monitoring you or taking screen recording/shots of what you are doing?

How much more of a value add was LOMS on top of CIP, free content, and case practices?

I have a wealthfront account with ~30k that has made about 10% in 2 years. I am convinced that the market will crash this year so I have an inclination to pull that money out of the account. Nowadays we have access to so much more information that a crash can almost be anticipated IMO. Is it worth the tax to pull it out, sit until the crash and reinvest? I know this is not traditional, just curious about the bowls opinions

What holiday party did you get?
Anyone living close to an office, got a holiday party with food and drinks, and the venue started open for them until around midnight. Our remote workers got a one hour party w a DJ and trivia that let you win gift cards. Yeah it was nice to win a gift card but I found it lame in comparison to hanging out with my team in real life.
