I recently started with Firm A (AM Top 200), and Firm B (AM Top 50) reached out for an interview. Given the potential pay with Firm B is significant (I’d say life-changing), I scheduled the interview. Should I disclose Firm A during the interview or wait and only disclose if Firm B makes an offer? Between now and the interview, I will not have completed any significant work for Firm A.

I am seeing so many attorneys posting about burnout, stress, and hating their jobs in the other bowls and I just needed to shout it out to the universe that I think we made the right decision with IP.
