If you’re responding to an RFP, traditional or old school, best practices say to build your doc at 8 1/2x11 for easy printing, carrying and legibility. But now is 1080x1920 the go to because less recipients are actually printing? What is your go-to format for a digitally submitted RFP response?

Assuming you're using a platform like PowerPoint, or any other slideshow/deck builder, page sizes are likely gonna default to the standard 8.5 x 11 in landscape format. 1920 x 1080 can apply to monitors ranging from 22 up to 27 inches. No one would build a presentation like that.

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I’ve been offered a middle management position with company I’m currently at that requires me to manage 4 others below me, but is only offering a $5k salary increase - to $65k. Does that seem on the low end or is it valid? Any help is appreciated!

How much have you heard of Account Managers making at companies in the tech space? I'm thinking about leaving my market research company.

I’m currently in the process of accepting a promotion and have a say on the title. I’m moving up from an Enterprise Account Executive/Manager to a KEY Account Executive/Manager. Which one do you think pulls more weight and is more desired/interchangeable in the world of sales and my future career? (Yes I know they’re practically the same thing but I’m a very technical person and title means a lot to me lol)

I am an account manager. More on the Operation side than sales. I help manage day to day needs of our client, develop training docs, and usually the go to for the coordinators when they can’t solve any issues in the account. I have not received a raise in a little over a year and I feel underpaid with my background. How big of a bump in salary should I request?
